Article 1 – Presentation of the Initiative
Gina Goudou Design Studio (GGDS) is organizing a communication initiative allowing selected participants to benefit from the creation of a UX/UI mockup for a website. This initiative offers certain participants the opportunity to receive a user interface (UI) design mockup, created by GGDS. Selected participants will be notified via the email address provided in the registration form, in accordance with the rules outlined in these terms and conditions.

Article 2 – Participation
Participation is open to any adult who wishes to obtain a mockup for their website. Registration is subject to a preliminary selection made by GGDS, which will choose participants based on the criteria defined in these rules and in the announcement post. A registration form is available on the page dedicated to this initiative.

Article 3 – Participant Selection
GGDS will select participants based on the following criteria:

• Project relevance: Projects must align with GGDS's expertise in UX/UI design.
• Adherence to GGDS's design style: Minimalist, clean, elegant, and modern.
  GGDS reserves the right to reject any incomplete application or one that does not meet the specified criteria.
• Selected participant will be contacted directly by GGDS.

Article 4 – Reward
Selected participants will receive:
An animated mockup for one page, designed by GGDS.
The mockup will be delivered in Figma, PDF, or PNG format, depending on the preferences indicated at registration.
No modifications will be possible after the mockup has been delivered.
It will be provided as-is, based on the information given during registration.

Article 5 – Purpose of the Initiative
The goal of this initiative is to allow GGDS to refine its UX/UI design skills while offering participants the opportunity to experience a unique design, created with artistic and creative vision. This initiative is also part of a broader communication strategy to promote GGDS’s professional services.

Article 6 – Follow-up and Commercial Proposals
GGDS reserves the right to contact both selected and non-selected participants to offer paid services or commercial collaborations related to UX/UI design.

Article 7 – Usage Rights
Once delivered, the mockups become the property of the participants, subject to compliance with these terms. GGDS, however, retains the right to use these mockups for promotional purposes on its social media or website.

Article 8 – Modification and Cancellation
GGDS reserves the right to modify or cancel this initiative at any time, without prior notice.
